Returns Policy

At Justice Tactical, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer hassle-free returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If your return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

To receive a full refund, please make sure that the item and packaging are in resalable, new, and unused condition. We ask that you avoid any cuts, rips, or tares to the packaging and ensure that it is complete. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

For products with a manufacturer warranty, any issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please note that items with a manufacturer warranty are not eligible for refunds.

We strive to process your return as quickly as possible, and you can expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of returning the item. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 7 business days), processing time once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and your bank's processing time for the refund (5 to 7 business days).

At Justice Tactical, we offer shipping to most addresses in the U.S. However, there are some restrictions on certain products, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to lithium batteries. Orders over $40 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) qualify for free shipping. Please note that orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.
